RETURN POLICY
Each Magic Memories Magnet is custom-made and produced specifically for your order. Because of the personalized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect photo selection, or customer-submitted editing errors.
We carefully review each order during production to ensure quality, but if you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 5 days after delivery and include photos of the issue so we can help resolve it quickly.
In certain cases where a resolution is needed outside of a replacement, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
